Human nature is many things. It is flawed it is intriguing and yet it seems like certain things are alluring to that very nature such as being mad that what you considered exclusive might one day be commercial. From the sense of exclusivity to being at the bar where the liquor takes its toll. Who’s better? who’s happier? The guy sipping a beer being sold for chump change singing his favorite song at a bar or the guy on a flight steadily sipping champagne with his teeth barely showing? The social hierarchy is something to be studied in depth. It’s a thin line between loving oneself and narcissism or vanity just like there is a thin line between life and death being wealthy or less fortunate or an old stan believing their favorite pop star sold out for a few more bucks and a new stan believing the pop star wasn’t always this good hence they’re only a stan now. Let me put you at ease by paraphrasing.
“Cereal is a breakfast for narcissists because of the silverware and shiny bowl which reflect oneself” How ludicrous is that? A remarkable man thinks it displays traits of narcissism although someone else might take a different stance and argue that at the very core it is in the best interest of said individual and their longevity. The organization is at that impasse with its clientele, everybody feels like it’s too good to give away, to be discovered that is...they want the organization to feel like the mythical entity it’s been built as, from how it's always been about tangibles, as well as intrinsic value relative to the numbers on screen with everything touched lacking the sought after "hype" and instead focusing on presentation and impact. The less social bunch feel like it makes people stare at them longer than they should while friends spar over words because they all want a piece of this remarkably edible pie. They all feel as if it’s a cycle repeating itself like when skate culture and hip hop culture partnered with the inescapable and too big to fail organizations in the late 90’s and early 00’s. So, our message to you is you’re in safe hands.
ABOUT US
Quintessential Arts is an artistic organization that takes art to a broader spectrum, the name acts as something the organization stands for - the fifth essence, quintessential arts epitomizes what art is by recreating, reinventing, reiterating, and reinterpreting creations from previous centuries thereafter creating clothes which encode the ideas then decoding the ideas through the sonic.
Just like there is no religion without science and there isn't science without religion, as an organization working on several projects at one go quintessential arts is aware that without the sonic there are no garments and without the garments there is no sonic, lockscreens and other endeavors which set it apart from a typical artistic organization.
For quintessential arts the goal is to challenge the natural order of things, be the voice of reason and make those that don't identify with the status quo identify with it.
Many would assume there isn’t anything particularly astounding about the origins of the word ‘quintessential’ at a glance it is quite French and can be broken down into essential and then presumably essence. But what about the quint part? Think quintet or quintuplets. Quintessence literally means the ‘fifth essence’. Going back through medieval French to Latin, as quinta essential. It was used in classical and medieval philosophy to refer to: a fifth substance in addition to the four elements, thought to compose the heavenly bodies and to be latent in all things.
At heart quintessential arts is an organization that draws its inspiration from 90’s hip-hop culture and mythology.
